About Returns and Refunds
Because each product is customized for you, customized or personalized products cannot be returned for exchange or refund.
Non-customized products can be returned to us within 30 days of purchase. Please check the return policy on the bottom right corner of the online store homepage, our return policy is: return within 30 days for a refund; customer pays return shipping cost; 30% return handling fee. Please contact my customer service representative, explain the reason for the return, and cover the associated round-trip shipping costs, and we will give you the return address and inform you of the return process. Unfortunately, after 30 days, we are unable to offer you a refund.
