Return& Refund Policy

1.For any refund request, please contact us first.
2.We accept 30 days return money back guarantee for any reason. However, customized products are not accepted for return for refund!
(1) If there is a defect during shipping, we will arrange a new product and send it out free of charge. Please send us an email with your order number and a picture of the damage with a detailed description of the problem.
(2) If you are unsatisfied with the product, or for other personal reasons, you are requesting to return it for a refund. Please make sure that the product shows no signs of use, and that all other free gifts are in good condition, and return the original packaging to us. According to our filed rules: Returns are accepted within 30 days; customer provides return shipping; 30% return handling fee.
3. All returned items will be checked and inspected by our warehouse for a refund, if there are signs of use or if they do not match the description in the email, we will not process the refund.
4. High quality! Highest Satisfaction. Your satisfaction is our top priority. Please read our product description and related rules in detail before you place an order and pay. All our team will be dedicated to provide you with perfect service.

Steps to return the product for refund:

Step 1: Request a return:
Please contact our customer service department within 30 days of receiving your order to submit a return request. Please include a description and photo of the reason for the return. We reserve the right not to accept returns without prior approval from Customer Service.

Step 2:: Pack and ship your item(s)
After the Customer Service Department approves your request, we will provide you with a return address and details of the return process. Please ship your item(s) via local postal service within 3-5 business days of receipt of the return form and pay the return shipping fee. Please record your tracking number and email it to us to track the progress of your return. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Step 3: Refund Processing
All returned items will be inspected. We will process refunds within 3-5 business days. We will not process refunds if there are signs of use or other damage. If the requirements are met, the refund is processed after deducting a 30% restocking fee. It usually takes 3-10 business days for the refund to be credited to your account, depending on your bank or payment service. Your bank or payment service may charge a small transaction fee. All PayPal payments can only be refunded through PayPal and all credit card payments can only be refunded to the original credit card.

*We reserve the right not to process refunds if the returned item is in unacceptable condition. All returns must be in their original condition, i.e. unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, saleable and with original tags and packaging. Once any tags have been removed, the item cannot be returned.

*About Rejected Parcels: We reserve the right not to process a full refund for you if a parcel is rejected without prior contact with us. In this case, the parcel may be lost on the way back as the parcel is not recorded and will not be tracked on the way back. We do not accept refused refunds for parcels.
